Gabe Hoover Bio
Gabe has been serving the community as an Educator in Dublin since 1999. As a teacher, coach, and administrator Gabe has been able to grow personally and influence many lives. In 2018, Gabe also started You By Design LLC. Business leaders hire Gabe to unlock hidden profits in their business because most are so wrapped up in the day to day grind that they can not see the small changes that will help them succeed quickly. So I help them to work efficiently on their business so they can run it rather than simply having a job where they are the boss. Bottom line, in 45 minutes we can find 100k in future profit strategies.
Other important areas of the business include helping leaders create a culture that employees don’t want to leave, and coaching professionals towards the dreams they have yet to achieve. Gabe has lived in Dublin since graduating from The Ohio State University in 1999. Gabe has both a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Education as a Buckeye and an additional Masters in Leadership from Miami University. Gabe became a Certified Maxwell Leadership Coach in 2018 and has worked to excel in the personal development field by becoming a Brain Health Trainer (with Dr. Daniel Amon) and Neuro Encoding Specialist (with Dr. Joseph McLendon III). Gabe has been helping host the Live2Lead event over the last two years and is continuing the positive momentum by taking the lead this year.
