Jay Richardson
Motivational Speaker/Host/Philanthropist

Renowned speaker and 7-year NFL veteran (retired), Jay Richardson, drafted by the Oakland Raiders in 2007, is not just a seasoned athlete but a captivating storyteller who draws from a life rich in diverse experiences. Hailing from Columbus, Ohio, Jay began his journey as a standout two sport athlete at Dublin Scioto High School, setting the stage for an extraordinary career.

A vital part of the 2002 National Championship football team at The Ohio State University, Jay continued to excel, earning All Big10 Honors in his senior year. Armed with a B.A. in History and a minor in Communications, he transitioned seamlessly into the world of television. Currently serving as a television personality and sports broadcasting analyst for the Sinclair Broadcast Group on ABC6 and Fox28, Jay co-anchors the Emmy-nominated ‘The Football Fever’ and hosts ‘First Scores.’

Beyond the spotlight, Jay is deeply committed to community service. He sits on the Ohio State Sports-medicine Advisory Board and co-founded the Jay Richardson Foundation, recipient of the NFL Unsung Athletes Award at the 2011 Super Bowl. This foundation is dedicated to providing life skills to high school students and education to sports parents.

Deb Papesh
“Building, Valuing, and Galvanizing the Networth of your Network”

Deb Papesh has been an involved Dublin City Schools volunteer and community collaborator in the city of Dublin since 1995, when she and husband Brian returned to Dublin from Tinker AFB, OK after serving as a captain in the Air Force. As a community leader, Deb engages every corner of reach to “bridge people to projects, resources to need.” When what naturally occurs in your life everyday is a personal strength and you are woke to it, a personal mission statement evolves. It is her WHY. In essence, Deb believes each of us should live to lead by exploring, building and galvanizing the Networth of our Network.

Currently, Deb serves as the Vice President of the Dublin Education Foundation overseeing Development and Fundraising. She utilizes her vast labyrinth of networked connections, experiences and knowledge base in her role to fund innovative grant projects in Dublin City Schools. Her early grant experiences included creating a national family literacy model (F.I.L.M) through Oklahoma City University, and gaining national approval through the Program Effectiveness Panel in Washington DC. Her education background and experience also includes work as an elementary teacher, an adjunct professor in the Oklahoma City University College of Education and being an assistant director of a nationally accredited child development center.

During her parent volunteer years in DCS, Deb and her team garnered close to $260,000 in grants for Riverside Elementary and Davis Middle School, including Ohio Reads funding in excess of $125,000 over six years for the Radiant Reader Summer Reading Program. In recent years, she continued to build continuity of resources while serving on the Dublin Food Pantry board for (3) years during the recent capital campaign.

Recent recognition of her work includes the 2012 OSBA Outstanding Service Award for her collective contributions to the schools, induction into the 2020 Dublin City Schools Hall of fame, being awarded as the 2022 Dublin Women’s Philanthropic Club Gala Honoree and becoming the City of Dublin’s 2023 Grand Leprechaun!

Deb also enjoys her social media work via grandparent partnerships with local businesses like Goldfish Swim School and Sesame Street. Daughter Dr. Ashley Papesh Place is a DDS with Legacy Family Dental and Katie Papesh teaches 4th grade at Olde Sawmill Elementary. Deb and husband Brian are proud grandparents of Jaxon (6) and Mason (3).

Christian Brown

After 24-years in the field of Information Technology working with best in-class companies like Chase, American Electric Power & Verizon, Christian became President and Founder of Three-12 Solutions in 2013. Early on Christian attended his first college computer course at Sinclair Community College at the age of 11, learning to code Basic on a RadioShack TRS-80.

This experience influenced Christian’s decision to study Management & Marketing Information Systems while attending St. Joseph’s College (Indiana). Christian was the Men’s Basketball Team MVP and graduated with a B.S. in 1989. Christian holds an MBA from Franklin University as a charter class member of 1995, successfully completed The Project Management Institute Project Management Professional Certification and other Agile Certifications. Christian has been a guest speaker at Ohio Dominican University MBA program and The John Maxwell Live 2 Lead Conference (Pittsburg) and has become an Ashland University Artificial Intelligence Program Advisory Board member.

Three-12’s clients include The Ohio State University Medical Wexner Center, John Glenn International Airport, JP Morgan Chase, and The State of Ohio Department of Higher Education. MSG Ivan Morera

MSG Ivan Morera was born in New York City on 20 Nov 1973. He grew up in New York City, San Diego, California, and Miami Beach Florida.

MSG Morera is a 1999 graduate of “THE” Ohio State University, earning a B.S. in Education. MSG Morera enlisted into the United States Army in 2001 as a Combat Medic. In 2005, MSG Morera attended the U.S Army Special Forces Assessment and Selection course at Ft Bragg, N.C. He was selected for Special Forces training as a Special Forces Medical Sergeant. MSG Morera has served as an SFODA Special Forces Medical Sergeant, Company and Battalion Medic, Senior Medical Advisor, SFODG Team Sergeant. MSG Morera is currently assigned to the USSOCOM Warrior Care Program as the Southern Region NCOIC

MSG Morera’s deployments include Operation desert spring (Kuwait 2001-2002) the invasion of Iraq (Operation Iraqi Freedom 2003), Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan 2008,2013), Special Operations Command North area of operation, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Colombia, Guyana, and Brazil.
